How pricing works
Prices are set by the length of each session and shown on the booking page. Here is what sets them, and what you receive.
What decides the price
The length of the session sets the price: 30, 45, 60 or 75 minutes, plus any add-on time. The first session is the longest, because it begins with your referral. Our prices are shown on the booking page.

What the consultation covers
Your first session opens with a short conversation about your referral and the areas it names. That time is part of the first session, not a separate visit.
Add-ons and changes on the day
Extra time is added in 15-minute blocks when the schedule allows. We agree it with you before the session starts, never after.
Deposits
We take no deposit. We ask for 24 hours' notice instead; the Policies page explains what happens with a late change.
Canceling or running late
Give us 24 hours' notice to cancel or move a session. If you are ill, tell us as early as you can and we will move you.
How you pay and what you receive
You pay at the end of each session. We do not bill your plan. We work with a referral from your doctor or other provider, and after every visit we give you a receipt you can send to your plan. What your plan pays is between you and your plan.
Tipping
Tipping is welcome and never expected. Add one on the booking page or tell us at the desk.
