First session
60 minYour first visit. A short conversation about your referral and the areas it names, then massage on those areas, covered by a sheet.

Massage by referral, with a receipt
We do not diagnose. We give you a receipt you can send to your plan.
Before your first session
How it goes
Four steps, in this order. Nothing is billed to your plan; the receipt is yours.
Ask your doctor or other provider for a referral to massage. A note or an order on their letterhead is enough.
Send the referral through the booking page or by phone. If you have a claim, add its number and the plan's name.
A licensed therapist works from your referral, with a sheet over you and the pressure you choose.
After each visit you get a receipt with the date, the length and the therapist's license, to send to your plan.
Sessions
The first session is always an hour.
Every session starts from your referral. Pressure is yours to set, and you can stop at any time.
